General terms and conditions

1. Scope and acceptance

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between KADA and any user who uses the online store and/or purchases products through it.
1.2. By taking actions on the site - browsing, adding to cart, clicking a button or completing an order - the user confirms that he is familiar with and accepts the General Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The General Terms and Conditions comply with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union, including consumer protection and e-commerce laws.

2. Terms

2.1. Seller – KADA, owner and operator of the online store.
2.2. User – a natural or legal person who uses the e-shop to purchase products.
2.3. Online store – the KADA website through which products are presented and sold.
2.4. Order – an electronic statement for the purchase of one or more products.
2.5. Sales contract – a contract that arises upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
2.6. Courier – a licensed courier company through which orders are delivered.

3. Using the store

3.1. Access to the e-store is free and does not require account registration.
3.2. To place an order, the User enters the required data: name, surname, email, telephone and delivery address.
3.3. Each product offer includes price, description and main features.
3.4. All prices are final and are in euros (EUR) .

4. Orders and contract

4.1. Orders are accepted 24/7.
4.2. After a request, the user receives an automatic confirmation email.
4.3. In the event of unavailability or the need for additional production time, the user will be notified by email.
4.4. Incomplete or inaccurate data may lead to cancellation of the order.
4.5. The user can cancel an order before sending it, through the specified contact channel. - we need to create an email and specify it here

5. Delivery

5.1. Deliveries are made in Bulgaria. If you wish to deliver to another country, please contact us to check the possibilities.
5.2. Licensed couriers are used.
5.3. The standard delivery time is 1–5 business days after confirmation, unless otherwise stated for a specific product.
5.4. Delivery to an address or to a courier office, at the user's choice.
5.5. If the consumer is unable to accept the shipment, the seller is not liable for delay or non-performance.

6. Payment

6.1. Payment by bank card and/or electronic payment methods supported by the platform. And cash on delivery

6.2. All payments are in EUR .
6.3. The Seller does not store payment card data.

7. Cancellation and return

7.1. Right of withdrawal 14 days from receipt of the product.
7.2. The product is returned in undamaged commercial condition, without traces of use, with label and packaging.
7.3. Refund of the amount within 14 days after receipt of the returned product. Refund of the amount is made only by bank transfer. Returned items with cash on delivery are not accepted.
7.4. Products with special hygiene or personalized restrictions that are not subject to return are clearly marked.
7.5. Claims for defects, wrong item or damage during delivery; the conditions for claims and replacement are specified separately.

8. Intellectual property

8.1. All materials on the site - texts, photos, logos, design - are the property of KADA or licensors.
8.2. Copying or use without written consent is prohibited.

9. Responsibilities

9.1. KADA is responsible for the quality and conformity of the delivered products.
9.2. The user is responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details.

10.2. Questions and complaints can be submitted through the specified channel.
